Yucca Extract

Yucca extract is a natural functional nutrient enhancer, which grows in the semi desert of North America (Mexico and southwestern United States).
Yucca extract contains three main active ingredients: saponins, polysaccharides and polyphenols. Saponins have the characteristics of surfactants, polysaccharides have the ability to combine ammonia and other harmful gases, polyphenols have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

1、Efficacy of saponins
The steroidal saponins in Yucca have surface activity and reduce the surface tension.
The saponins in Yucca have strong affinity with cholesterol, so it is easy to form stable complex with Yucca. Protozoa cell membrane has a large number of cholesterol molecules, once combined with saponins, it will cause cell disintegration and death. 2、Efficacy of Polysaccharides
The polysaccharide in Yucca has a strong affinity with ammonia, so it is easy to combine with it, so as to inhibit the harmful effect of ammonia and convert it into harmless nitrogen compounds to be used by the body. Maintaining the acid-base balance of the intestine is conducive to the stability of the intestinal flora and the optimal role of digestive enzymes.

3、Efficacy of polyphenols
Polyphenols in Cymbidium have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidation effects.
The antioxidant effect of polyphenols is as follows: to remove the free radicals of active oxygen, to inhibit lipid peroxidation, to integrate metal ions, and to activate the anti-oxidation defense system in cells. Free radicals are the main cause of cell damage. Polyphenols help offset free radicals and protect body cells and tissues from damage. Polyphenols can also prolong the time of action of other antioxidants (such as vitamin E and vitamin C). Polyphenols can inhibit the expression of inflammatory factors (iNOS), inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce inflammatory response.
